外国人登録
申請できる方
外国人登録の申請を行うのは、原則として『本人』です。
ただし、本人が16歳未満である場合や本人が病気やケガで届出できない場合は、現に本人と同居している方が代理人となることが例外的に認められます。
登録申請

申請期間 次回確認申請の基準日から30日以内
※基準日 登録証に記載された次回確認申請の基準日
通常は五回目の誕生日です。永住者、特別永住者の資格をお持ちの方は、7回目の誕生日です。場合により登録又は、確認の日から1年から4年後を指定されます。

TO FOREIGN NATIONALS APPLYING FOR ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD
As a general rule，the applicant himself／herself should apply for the registration card．However in exceptional cases such as when the applicant is under age 16，or when the applicant is unable to appear due to disease or injury，a person living together with the applicant can serve as his／her representative．
Application for a new alien registration card
（1） Apply within 90 days starting from the day of arrival in Japan．
（2） Necessary Documents
（a）Two photographs（4.5mm×3.5mm，not required for applicants under the age of 16 at the time of application）
（b）Passport
Application for confirmation of registered items or application for issuance of certificate for renewal
（1）Period of receiving the application
Within 30 days from the day written on the alien registration card （It is usually the fifth birthday〈seventh birthday for permanent residents and special permanent residents〉of the applicant，but it may be between 1 to 4 years from the day of registration or the day of confirmation）．

Application for registration of alteration of place of residence
