If you have any other questions about sightseeing or life as a foreigner in Mutsu City, please feel free to contact Mutsu City Hall at 0175-22-1111 (ext. 2312) and ask for Rachel. We are American nationals living in Mutsu City and we work at city hall from a quarter past nine a.m. to a quarter past five p.m.  Monday - Friday as Coordinators for International Exchange in Mutsu.
